Role Overview:
As WHSE Manager, you will be primarily based at a data centre project in Western Sydney, while also overseeing two additional data centre sites with combined value over $1 Billion Your role includes mentoring safety professionals, planning, and conducting risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with project managers, site managers, contract administrators, and subcontractors, and report directly to the Group WHSE Manager.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in an HSE role within a medium to large construction company
- Proven background with major projects ($100M+) or similar HSE roles
- Familiarity with Hammertech or similar safety software
- Strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
- Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety required, additional qualifications preferred
