- Succession?relevant runway — With one co?founder planning a transition from day?to?day operations over the next 2–3 years, this role sits within the leadership pipeline supporting that shift (without being pitched as a direct replacement).
- Proven capability running multiple concurrent commercial fit?out/construction projects with limited senior oversight
- A genuine track record of mentoring and developing CAs/PMs
- Hands?on ownership of procurement and subcontractor engagement end?to?end
- Comfort working with, and improving, remote/offshore support structures
- Experience in owner?operator environments preferred — someone who thrives in fast?paced, direct communication settings
- Reporting line: Direct to the founders
- Project band: Complex refurbishment and fit?out projects $2M–$7M from day one
