Due to recent project wins, we’re looking for a qualified carpenter to step into the role of Lead Hand / Site Foreman , working closely with an experienced site manager.
- Initial Project : Commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- You'll also work on several luxury residential projects throughout Sydney.
- Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead and motivate sub-contractors and site labour, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Be the key point of contact for daily site activities and troubleshooting.
- Carpentry Trade Qualified with previous commercial or luxury residential experience.
- A stable work history and a strong problem-solving mindset .
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Experience in managing industrial relations and resolving site-based issues.
- High energy, determination , and a focus on project delivery .
