Building Services Coordinator

Join a leading commercial builder delivering a $100M+ mission critical data centre in Sydney. Working closely with the Building Services Manager, you’ll support the full lifecycle of a major data centre build — from design reviews through to commissioning and handover. You’ll coordinate key building services packages and ensure seamless integration across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP/HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire services

• Manage documentation, compliance, RFIs and installation sequencing

• Support design reviews and services integration with the construction program

• Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings

• Drive quality, safety and technical outcomes on site

• Degree in Building Services, Construction or Engineering or Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulics 

• 4–6 years’ experience in commercial construction

• Experience with services coordination and finishing trades (builder or contractor)

• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Stable employment history and a collaborative, solutions focused approach
